About Me
I am 53 years old
And I live alone in
South Georgia.
I drive a truck as a profession
and write to
Express my feelings
of loneliness.
I was born in
Lived there until I was
15 years of age;
Then moved to
My school time is not
much to talk about.
I failed the first
grade and a couple more;
Somehow I made it to
the 10th grade.
This was not bad for a
kid with dyslexia
Living in
I quit school to go to
work as a paperboy.
This I did from the age
of 17 until 27.
I took up photography
at the age of 20
Making photographs as
well as working the paper route.
I made an average living.
I did become a very
good photographer.
And for more than seven
years,
I worked as a
photographer.
I started a family in
1976
With my first child
being born in 1978
And that’s when I
started driving a truck.
My son was born in 1987
and
Sometime in 2001 it all
came apart.
On
I woke up alone in a
Wal-Mart parking lot
And started to write.
At first it was about
my dreams,
Then it turned to love,
lost and found.
Now heading in a new
direction,
I am writing about
The people who touched
my life and heart
Beginning with my life
in
The first book will
cover the time from
My birth until I moved
to
As time passes I will
be adding
More about the people
in my life
And how one word from a
person
Can change my life.
I hope you enjoy the
