Drive Away
If I were to drive away
No one would miss me
Only the money they did
not have
Only the things they
would lose
When I am not here
To
give them everything I earn
They do not care about
the tears I cry
When I am driving in
the night
Or when I am sitting
alone in the park
Without anyone to hold
me
No one here tells me it
will be alright
Or I
will help you make it
If I were to leave this
world and they get everything
Maybe then they would
have everything they wanted
Or
would they ask for more?
Would they find a way
to take a little more from me?
Would it cost too much
to lay me to rest?
Would they forget where
I wanted to be?
Would they just put me
away in a place
Where
no one would see?
Is it time for me to go
away
So they will have the things they want?
