Sun Rise
As I watch the
sun coming up this morning
With its ray of red and orange
I could hear the
world coming alive
A turkey was
calling for his mate
A crow was
making its presence known
The due lay
heavy on the flowers
I could feel a
new beginning for the world
I know that I
will find my place in the sun
I know now that
I need no one to be happy
But I do know
that she is out there just waiting for me
With her lips so
sweet and her eyes so loving
I will know that
she is the one I have been waiting for
We will walk
together as one
Growing old as
we hold on to the love we found
Never to be alone again, never having to cry
into the night
Being
filled with an everlasting love
